ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Shipping estimates begin once your order has been processed and transferred to the carrier.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Standard Shipping — $8
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after processingExpress Shipping — $15
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after processingFree Standard Shipping is available on qualifying U.S. orders of $70 or more after discounts and before applicable taxes.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible at hausofmodernmonarch@gmail.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.
LOST, STOLEN OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Haus of Modern Monarch is not responsible for carrier delays or packages that are lost or stolen after tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at hausofmodernmonarch@gmail.com so we can assist you with the next steps.
DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping box. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
