Refund policy

At Haus of Modern Monarch, every order is prepared with care and attention to quality. Due to the personal-care nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to receive your order in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box so we can review the issue.

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate, at no additional cost to you.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first to locate the package. Haus of Modern Monarch is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Haus of Modern Monarch is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Refunds

When a refund is approved for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
